ow lets get this right, for those of you that just gained admission into the University of Portharcourt (UNIPORT) here are some important updates you will need to know.
- As Regards Acceptance Fee Payment:
Please do not pay money to any individual, visit the banks assigned to your faculty as mentioned Here to make necessary payments as regards your Faculty of admission.The acceptance fee for the University of Portharcourt is N30,000 and nothing more. I mentioned the deadline for the payment of acceptance fee. You can find the full details regarding the deadline for the payment of acceptance fee Here.
- Resumption Date For 2017 Freshers:
By default, Uniport is meant to have resumed academic activities from last week, but later postponed the resumption date to the 29th of this January 2017 as i said Here. But i will advise Freshers (Year One student) to endeavour to return earlier than the stipulated date. Atleast resume two weeks before resumption. This will enable you complete your clearance and medicals on time.
- School Fees:
I made a comprehensive list of school fees by department Here. Note that the article gives you an idea of how much you might pay as this was gotten based on previous school fees.
- Documents to get ready:
It is important for you to have all your originals ready. Find some important documents you will be needing Here. Above all, it is important you also get use to these other documents mentioned Here, so you won’t be confuse when the school begins demanding it from you.
- 3rd Admission List
I really can not tell if the third admission list will be released or not, but i will ask you to pray it is released so you can be happy.
